Check Information
Lost Check: Please allow 10 business days for your check to reach
you before reporting a lost check. If your check has not cleared our bank, we
will attempt to reissue your payment.
Stale dated: Deposit
your check promptly upon receipt to avoid stale dating. After 90 days from the
date of the check, you must return the check to Oxy so that we void it and
reissue a new check to you. Banks will not deposit checks past the stale date
(three months).
To avoid lost, stolen or stale dated checks, please
fill out the OXY Direct Deposit request
(for OXY Royalty Interest Owners) or Anadarko
Direct Deposit (for Anadarko Royalty Interest Owners) and we will
transfer your funds electronically to your bank account.
